Page plan, not a visual PDF preview
Merge follows selected file order. Extract exports one selected-page PDF. Reorder requires all pages once; ranges ascend and repeats are rejected. Rotation adds 0/90/180/270° clockwise to existing rotation. Page content is copied, not rendered. Document metadata, structure and byte identity are not preserved; numbers use library precision. No repair, password or OCR service.
Each file ≤4 MiB; total ≤8 MiB; at most 3 files for merge. Each file 1–40 pages, total/output ≤80 pages. Output ≤16 MiB; deadline 10 seconds. Page order ≤160 characters. Parsing: ≤15,000 object assignments, ≤16 MiB per decode buffer and ≤32 MiB total decode allocations. These are processing bounds, not a guarantee of total device memory.
Encrypted or interactive/complex PDFs are unsupported. Forms, annotations, signatures, attachments, bookmarks, tags and layers are rejected.
